WHAT WE DO
Give is a student-run mental health, wellness, and growth publication based in the University of Southern California. Our goal is to bring you stories relating to mental health and help spark conversations.
Each semester, our teams are assigned to a particular topic, or beat, which they focus on for the entire semester. These teams create series of in-depth articles, podcasts, and videos targeted to that specific theme.
In addition to our semester-long projects, we also publish content covering more wide-range topics from our individual content creators and submitted work.
We also organize experiences because we know that conversation, community and diversity is important. We host monthly events and invite guest speakers to create a community and safe-place for students.
Give strives to provide stories and advices to students. Stories and advices from a particular article, podcast, or video might not work or relate for everyone, however, by curating diverse content on mental health and wellness we hope to help students to find advice and stories that fit and relate to them personally.

OUR TEAM
JOIN US
Any USC student can join Give. Students can join Give as writers, photographers, designers, and editors. Give is always looking for student volunteers interested in contributing.
Generally, new members join a team that are assigned to a particular topic, or beat, which they focus on for the entire semester. These teams create series of in-depth articles, podcasts, and videos targeted to that specific theme. Returning members can lead a team, become an editor, join the E-Board, or work as an individual content creator.
However, Give welcomes content creators at all times and opportunities are always available. If you do not want to commit to joining a team you can always submit your work to us to be published.
To learn more about joining us come to our information sessions or send us an email.
